What makes our lavender special?

Our lavender is grown with care on our small, family-run farm in the mountain air of northeastern Washington. Each plant is tended by hand and harvested at peak bloom to ensure the highest quality. Our unique growing conditions—clean air, cool nights, and plenty of sunshine—help produce vibrant blooms rich in color, fragrance, and essential oil content. Whether fresh or dried, our lavender is a true reflection of the love and intention behind everything we grow.

What cultivars do we grow?

Grosso, Phenomenal, and Thomas Riverina are three distinct varieties of lavender we grow, each with their own unique characteristics and best uses.

Grosso is a French hybrid known for its long stems, deep purple blooms, and intense fragrance with camphorous notes. It’s a favorite for dried bundles, wreaths, and essential oil production thanks to its high oil yield and bold scent.

Phenomenal, another French hybrid, is prized for its resilience—cold hardy, humidity tolerant, and resistant to disease. It features silvery foliage and upright violet blooms with a clean, balanced fragrance, makin g it ideal for landscaping, fresh bouquets, potpourri, soap-making, and essential oil production.

Riverina Thomas is a cross between Lavandula × intermedia 'Grosso' and Lavandula angustifolia. This is a very high yielding oil producer — producing 4-5 times more oil than other Lavandula Intermedias. It has large, violet-blue flower spikes with gray-green foliage. In addition to oil production, it’s beautiful flowers are lovely in potpourri.
